Shadow Work with Kanna Toguchi in Seattle, Washington. Kanna is a certified 200 hr yoga teacher with a holistic therapy background, certification in Reiki, Reflexology, and Thai Yoga Bodywork. Through her private practice, she combines yogic philosophy, ancient Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Shadow Work to guide clients through a healing journey that embraces the uniqueness of each individual. She specializes in helping clients work through trauma(s), stress/anxiety, career/relationship stagnation, body image issues, family of origin exploration, loss/grief, and autoimmune diseases.

Self Love is one of the most challenging areas we all face throughout life. Whether it's due to self-limiting beliefs created by ancestral wounds that we carry over, a history of abuse/neglect or loss, it's safe to say MOST people struggle with loving themselves fully. We prioritize our work, relationships, children & day-to-day tasks, yet the relationship we need to nurture first is the one with ourselves. Many of us have fed into the dialogue that we must sacrifice something or some part of ourselves in order to make a life that we "sort of" are happy with. With this program, we will shift the paradigm of what Love, Beauty and Success looks and means so You can be the Creator of your Dreams! 

Our mindset is what can either propel us forward in life or keep us prisoner of our negative mind loop so we feel "stuck." It is through the shifts in our emotions that we can enter a life of Love, Fulfillment and Fun. In this partnership, we will explore your inner landscape, dark shadows while creating compassionate dialogue with aspects you have repressed or ignored along with full integration.     Integrated Movement Therapy®️ (a form of holistic therapy that melds yoga's philosophical, movement and spiritual framework with cognitive behavioral therapy) will serve as the backbone of the program.

    The approach is based on 3 overarching philosphies:

From there, I'll send you a consultation questionnaire which we review during our call, discussing in greater detail your goals & any challenges/impediments from reaching them. All continuing sessions will be held either in office or via Zoom which can be done from the comfort of your home or office!

    *All programs will incorporate a vast array of holistic modalities to encourage Healing, Centering and Inner Strength. It will include, but is not limited to, Life Coaching, Thai Yoga Bodywork, pranayama (breath-work), guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, Emotional Freedom Technique (aka Tapping or EFT) & other somatic / spiritual techniques as well as messages I receive through Source Energy for you.

    The program is designed specifically so you can allow yourself to shed the layers of the self that have been blocked due to antiquated narratives & self-limiting beliefs in order to create long lasting, sustainable practices that you can avail yourself to as vital resources throughout your journey in life!     RESTORE (8 Week Transformational Program)

    Curious about Shadow Work? Done being held prisoner of your own mind and ready to feel true Liberation? Then this program is for you. It is designed for people who are yearning for positive life transformation and ready to begin exploring their shadow side(s). For 5 weeks, you'll receive tailored Shadow Work coaching. The final 3 weeks culminate in three 90 minute Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions for integration. The purpose of Thai Yoga is to create a healthy habit of receiving Self-Care and entrain positive shifts within your system. Unlimited access to email is available outside of sessions for support.

    VIBRANCY (4 Month Transformational Program)

    Prefer to take a bit more time and allow yourself space to create healthy long lasting changes? Studies have shown that it takes at least 3 months for people to create sustainable, positive lifestyle changes for the long term. This is a Deep Dive into recovering your Personal Power. We will meet once a week for 4 months via in office or Zoom. Each month, you'll receive three 60 minute Shadow Work coaching sessions + one 90 minute Thai Yoga Bodywork treatment. Sessions via Zoom are recorded for you to reference back to. Unlimited access to email is included outside of sessions for support.
