I was introduced to magnesium oil 15 years ago after being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders. My body had plateaued with Western medicine and I was desperate to find reprieve from the numerous symptoms I was challenged with. Within 1 day of using magnesium oil, I felt a noticeable shift in my mood, digestion, pain and sleep. It was powerful yet gentle, with zero side effects. This led me to create Alchemy®; to share this MAGIC, as I believe everyone is deserving of HEALING and LOVE.
WHY MAGNESIUM?
Magnesium is a powerful mineral, vital for over 300 bodily functions, playing a key role in our immune system, nerves, bones, muscles, heart health, sleep and stress. Yet, modern day lifestyle factors such as lack of sleep, excess stress, over consumption of sugar/caffeine/alcohol deplete magnesium levels. To receive adequate amounts from food is also impossible due to pesticide use and over farming. Oral supplements can take hours before any noticeable shifts are felt as they must be broken down in the gut. The most effective way of taking magnesium is transdermally (through the skin) as it goes directly into the bloodstream, taking only 20 minutes to take effect.

Directions: After shower or bath spray 4-6 times into cupped hands, smooth onto arms, belly, thighs, low back, bottoms of feet or other areas of concern as a leave on treatment. Can also be used as a deodorant! Wait until fully dried before applying body moisturizer or body oil. A natural salt residue may remain. If you like, wipe with a damp washcloth or follow up with a moisturizer. May tingle or itch slightly if you are deficient in magnesium. Avoid sensitive areas such as face or freshly shaved skin. Wash hands after applying. For use day, night or both. More can be used during times of high stress. Gentle and safe for kids too! Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
